Jeff Giddings is Professor of Law at Monash University and Director of the Monash-Oakleigh Legal Service. He joined the Monash Law Faculty in 2017 after 22 years at Griffith University in Brisbane, Queensland. Jeff remains an Adjunct Professor of the Griffith Law School. He received an Australia National Teaching Fellowship in 2013 for the Effective Law Student Supervision Project. Jeff also received the Australian Award for University Teaching in Law and Legal Studies in 1999 along with multiple Griffith University teaching awards, including the inaugural Griffith Award for Excellence in Teaching. From 2013-2015, Jeff served as an International Scholar for the Academic Fellows Program of the Open Society Foundation, working extensively with the American University of Central Asia, Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan.
