Australian Clinical Legal Education: The Third Wave
This paper will propose that in Australia we are currently experiencing a third wave in clinical legal education. Characteristics of the current clinical zeitgeist will be explored. The paper will offer the ‘Sustainability Business Clinic’ at Melbourne Law School as a case study. It will explore the design trajectory, and the pedagogical and morphological features of the clinic, drawing on insights derived from our research project ‘An Evaluation of Clinical Learning through Student Reflections’.
