Recent Developments in Schemes of Arrangement

Schemes of Arrangement are used to affect company takeovers, mergers, demergers and corporate reconstructions. This seminar will address recent developments in schemes of arrangement (including the approach adopted by the Court in recent scheme cases) and the role of ASIC and the Takeovers Panel.
