Publications
We publish a number of regular, high-quality titles that analyse current legal issues and report on the latest activities at Monash Law.
Monash University Law Review
The Monash University Law Review is a triennial scholarly-refereed law journal that provides the legal community with a critical analysis on topical legal issues. It includes articles from professors, judges and legal practitioners.
The Monash Law e-Briefing
Published three times a year, the e-briefing updates current students and alumni on the latest news from Monash Law. Subscribe to Monash law e-Briefing.
The e-Briefing replaced Law Matters, a bi-annual publication. Catch up on back issues of Law Matters.
Alternative Law Journal
A quarterly, refereed journal, the Alternative Law Journal focuses on law and society. It’s based at Monash Law, but independently run by a team of volunteers from universities, law firms and legal centres around Australia.
Research publications
Each year our students and academic staff publish a number of scholarly books, book chapters, refereed journal articles, refereed conference papers, and reports, and make submissions to Government and Parliament.
