Monash University Law Review

The Monash University Law Review is the flagship academic journal of Monash Law School, managed by student editors and supervised by faculty advisors.

Founded in 1974, the Review is committed to publishing cutting-edge and timely scholarship on a wide range of legal issues. Every year, the Review publishes one volume of articles, comprised of three separate issues.

In addition to analytical articles on contentious legal issues, the Review is interested in publishing case notes, legislative commentaries and book reviews.

Subscriptions to the Review are held by libraries and law schools all over the world, in addition to many Australian and international law firms and practitioners.
