Clare Scollay
Clare Scollay, PhD Candidate
Clare Scollay is a PhD Candidate in the Faculty of Law. Clare's research, which is supported by a scholarship from the Centre for Research Excellence in Recovery After Road Traffic Injury, is an empirical study of lawyer use in injury compensation claims. Clare holds a Bachelor of Arts with Honours in Psychology and a Bachelor of Commerce and Administration from Victoria University of Wellington (NZ). She has a background in organisational psychology and is interested in mental and physical health and wellbeing. Clare is also a Research Officer at the Institute for Safety, Compensation and Recovery Research.
