Liz Richardson, Senior Research Fellow
Liz is a Senior Research Fellow in the Law Faculty at Monash University. Her research interests include problem-oriented courts, therapeutic jurisprudence, diversion and intervention programs, social control, sentencing, self-represented litigants, and court and judicial administration. In addition to a BA/LLB (Mon), she holds a Masters of Criminology (Melb) and her PhD (Mon) was conferred in January 2017. Her PhD thesis on mental health courts is entitled 'Envisioning Next Generation Mental Health Courts for Australia'.
