Upload Research Proposal (see Faculty structure) From 2019 research proposals of outstanding successful scholarship applicants at Monash University will also be considered for a new top-up stipend scholarship scheme known as "Raydon Scholarship".  To be considered for a Raydon Scholarship, the research proposal must touch on issues relating to social justice, social inclusion, human rights, sustainability or environment, or social policy for the betterment of society.
