The Monash University Law Review is a scholarly refereed law journal which contains articles written by professors, judges and legal practitioners. The Law Review publishes two issues each year and provides the legal community with a critical analysis of topical legal issues.

The Alternative Law Journal

The Alternative Law Journal is a bi-monthly, refereed journal focusing on law and society. It is based in the law Faculty at Monash University but is independent and self-funding.

The journal is run by a cooperative of volunteers sourced from universities, law firms and legal centres across Australia. The Alternative Law Journal is edited on a rotational basis by committees from each state and territory.
