Academic Progress training is critical for staff who are either new or already familiar with the student academic progress process in understanding the templates, tools, systems and policy required to run the process. Modules and workshops provide staff with the skills to complete tasks that are part of their role.


Workshops provide guidance to professional staff on applying the Policy and Procedures to students who are subject to academic progress processes.  Dates are to be confirmed for 1/2023.

Policy and procedure online modules

This series of four topics provides staff new to academic progress with an overview of the policy, procedures and processes. It outlines the key components and principles behind the Student Academic Progress Policy including key roles, interventions and how students are supported to get their studies back on track.

Academic Progress and JRG

Information and guidance on how faculty and student association staff involved with academic progress processes can provide support and advice to students who are at-risk of losing, or have lost their Commonwealth assistance.
