New streamlined service for your queries

Monash University Library has recently made it even easier for you to contact us.

You can now email and one of our library support team will be happy to help. During business hours, you can expect an answer within 30 minutes.

Accessing expert advice

If your query is more complex, our team will match your query with the best expert in the Library to assist you. You can expect an initial response within one business day.

Academics will still be able to access expert advice and support from our specialist librarians through this new email.

New system enables forward planning

This move to streamline queries is part of a platform that is used widely across Monash called UniCRM.

At Monash we have more than 87,000 students and nearly 18,000 staff. This streamlined approach will enable us to better support this community, as well as generate data to identify emerging needs.
