Emma is co-founder and Director of CODA, a multi-disciplinary practice based in Western Australia that works across affordable and site responsive housing and community infrastructure, urban design, landscape architecture, interior design, policy research and development strategy.
Under Emma’s leadership, CODA has grown a portfolio of award winning projects that have led it to be recognized as one of Australia’s most innovative emerging practices.
Emma is passionate about the architectural profession and spent nearly a decade as a lecturer at Curtin University in the Department of Architecture and Interior Architecture. She is driven by the need to make a positive contribution to the lives of Western Australians and is a regular contributor to conversations about our built environment. Emma currently holds the position as Chair of the Academic Advisory Board for Curtin University Department of Architecture.
