Re-enrolment

Coursework re-enrolment

The University will email you during the second half of the year to remind you to re-enrol.

For more information on re-enrolment, late re-enrolment, fees and other key dates take a look here.

How do I choose my units?

Why can't I enrol in some units in WES?

You may not be able to enrol in some units if:

  • You haven't passed the pre-requisite or co-requisite for a unit.
  • The unit is prohibited with a unit you have already completed or are enrolled in.
  • The unit has a quota or may be barred from WES. If the unit is barred from WES, you will need to submit an enrolment request.

What if I don't re-enrol or intermit?

If you miss the timely re-enrolment dates, you can -re-enrol during the late enrolment period, however late fees do apply.

If you fail to re-enrol or intermit after these dates, you will lose your place in your course and will be discontinued.

Course changes impacting re-enrolment

The Faculty periodically reviews and updates all of its course offerings. This can lead to changes in unit offerings and course structures that can impact on current students. Units no longer offered should be replaced by the unit listed in the table below.
