Join us for a performance of Itinerant Sound #4 (Monash Caulfield/Royal Park) by MADA PhD candidate Geoff Robinson.

Itinerant Sound #4 is a two-part performance that uses the 12 points of clock time as a structure for spatially enacting duration through sound. The performances, situated at two locations, utilise sound as a performative tool to juxtapose the multiple experiences of duration with the more quantifiable experiences of clock time in order to emphasise the way durational layers unfold temporally in response to physical site.

Check the maps for meeting locations for each performance. The performances will take place regardless of the weather – bring an umbrella.

We acknowledge the Boon Wurrung and Wurundjeri people as the custodians of the land in which these performances take place, and we pay our respects to their Elders, past, present and emerging.
