Leave No One Behind: Make a difference addressing disadvantage and inequity

Open to students and recent graduates of Monash Arts, Law, Business, Education, and Art Design & Architecture, Leave No One Behind is an entrepreneurship competition – an opportunity to design a social business that addresses an area of disadvantage and inequity in the community.

Social disadvantage is more than a tech problem, so we need more than a tech solution.  We want to harness the power and creativity of the Humanities and Social Science fields to help solve some of the most pressing social challenges of our time. Whether it’s a new process, service, business model or method of delivery, the potential for social innovation is endless.

As part of a team of 3–4 people, you’ll develop ideas that address complex social challenges and pitch them to a panel of judges for a chance to win cash prizes totaling $60,000.

To get started, attend the Kick Start Conference at Monash University Clayton Campus 3 August 2017. Then, form a team between August 2017-October 2017 and attend on-campus workshops and practice pitch sessions.
