This research project explores how sustainable vehicles – from plastic bottle boats to solar powered tuk tuks, can engage the public and create positive social change.

There’s something about travel and adventure – particularly when done in a unique way – that captures people’s spirit, as well as the attention of media. This research project explores these features through a practical case study approach, this research will support educators, artists and activists to design initiatives that connect and inspire using sustainable transport technologies.
