Hyper-Worker - A networked interiority for the re-familiarisation and connection of the technologically augmented office worker.

Current office spaces are increasingly becoming dis-used with the rapid advancement of technology and culture, transforming the way we work.

This research proposal investigates the benefits of adapting existing dis-used spaces to augment and forge the current bodies and minds of office workers with this technological mechanical future, producing the future “hyper-worker”. Hyper-Worker aims to augment these current spaces through ideas of material enhancement and technology to transform a network of telephone booths using three spatial interventions, Purchase, Training and Repair that this generation can connect to, to learn from and physically augment themselves to perform a new way of working.
