I began to muck around on Photoshop with overlaying images and mirroring them against each other, which very quickly turned to be something that I loved and was intrigued by. If you look close, very close you can see wood and sand as well as screws and shiny metal, but from a far all you can see is what looks like, the inside of a kaleidoscope. That is how this artwork has come about, it’s been a long process of trialing many different things, however I have now created a series of kaleidoscope photographs that are produced using images of the beach combined with mechanical parts.
