Nicole is a strategy designer and facilitator with over 20 years experience in complex areas of energy and environment. She has delivered high-quality strategic roadmaps, policy and programs for the New Zealand, Australian and Marshall Island governments across the areas of climate change, renewable energy, transport and biodiversity. Her experience traverses government, NGOs and business. Nicole Baker currently leads ClimateWorks' international program on long-term strategies, with a focus on South East Asia and the Pacific Islands.
At COP25, Nicole will be profiling ClimateWorks' approach to long-term strategies and roadmaps, and seeking to share practices and experiences with others working on long-term strategies. She is keen to discuss how long-term thinking can support the enhanced NDCs.
