Ann Baby

As a research assistant, Ann provides contextual research and scientific support across many of the Hub’s initiatives. She is currently in her final year at Monash University, completing a Bachelor of Science and Arts.

At university, Ann was selected into the 2020 Science Future Leaders program and has completed classes at the University of Warwick and Monash Prato Centre. Her academic background is in atmospheric science, mathematics and human geography, with a keen interest in the impacts of large-scale climate variability on spatial and institutional structures.

Prior to working at the Hub, Ann was a STEM writer for a women’s rights magazine, covering issues that intersect science, feminism and culture.
