Jack Thompson

Jack is committed to increasing accessibility to climate science for the general public.  He has been a research assistant with the Hub since September 2018 and prior to this completed an internship at Hub working on numerous projects. Notably, Jack worked on several surveys that provided a greater understanding of the geographical distribution of climate change knowledge around Victoria. He also provides technical and software assistance to the Hub.

Jack is in the process of completing his final year of a Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts degree at Monash University. Throughout his studies Jack has had a passion for the environment and for law reform that has been complemented by his Arts major in philosophy. Jack hopes to continue to use his studies in law to help his own local and the global community to tackle the issue of climate change.
