He holds a Bachelor of Chemical Engineering (Honours) and a Master of Environment and Sustainability majoring in Environmental Security from Monash University.
During his studies, Mandeep spent much of his time interning in a wide variety of organisations and fields including the Department of Environment, Land, Water and Planning (DELWP), EcoKnights and Kansai Paint where he shaped his multidisciplinary background and worldview. This is complemented by his volunteer experiences with wildlife and conservation at Ol Pejeta Conservancy, Kenya and water security in rural Cambodia.
