Translational Research symposium
Launched in 2015, the annual Translational research symposium is the first of its kind in Australia, hosted alternately by Central Clinical School and the School of Clinical Sciences at Monash Health. The symposium forms an important part of the curriculum for graduate research programs in Translational Research and Medicine.
Every year the symposium presents an outstanding scientific program featuring leading translational researchers from the three Monash clinical schools and invited speakers from Australia’s premier research institutes. These speakers are experts across a range of topics which have translational applications from the laboratory to the bed-side.
The event is open for anyone to attend.
Young Investigator Poster Competition
A highlight of the symposium is the Young Investigator Competition. Each year PhD candidates and early career researchers from Monash University's clinical schools are invited to participate in the competition.
