Low FODMAP Certification Program
Monash University aims to generate scientific outcomes that have a positive impact on the lives of people in the community. Consistent with this research agenda, Monash University has developed two certification programs that translate the science of a low FODMAP diet into practice:
The Monash University Low FODMAP Certification Program for Food and Beverages; and
The Monash University Low FODMAP Certification Program for Recipes.
The programs make it easier for consumers with medically diagnosed irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) to identify and select low FODMAP food and beverages, as well as prepare and cook low FODMAP meals at home.
