Eligibility Criteria for Food and Beverage Products
The following products are not eligible for certification:

-    Foods with ingredients that include garlic, onion or their derivatives.
-    Foods with ingredients that include added FODMAPs (including fructo-oligosaccharides (FOS), inulin and polyols (other than sorbitol and mannitol) maltitol, xylitol, erythritol, lactitiol and isomalt).

Eligibility Criteria for Recipes
To be eligible for certification, recipes must not contain:

-    Ingredients that include garlic, onion or their derivatives.
-    Ingredients that include added FODMAPs (including fructooligosaccharides (FOS), inulin and polyols (other than sorbitol and mannitol) maltitol, xylitol, erythritol, lactitiol and isomalt).
