Description

This two-day masterclass is aimed at health professionals, researchers, policy makers and front-line clinicians who seek guidance and inspiration on healthcare improvement. The masterclass will be facilitated by experts in the field who will guide participants seeking to initiate their own implementation projects and support those currently involved in healthcare improvement projects.

The course includes an overview of the Australian health services context, implementation science approaches, evidence synthesis, stakeholder engagement and co-design of implementation projects with service users.

International and national leading speakers are supported by online MOOC case studies and learnings from around the world:
Professor Ian Kirkpatrick: Monash Warwick Professor of Healthcare Improvement and Implentation Science.
Professor Helena Teede: Director of the Monash Centre for Health Research and Implentation, Monash University and Executive Director, Monash Partners Academic Health Science Centre.
Dr Tracy Robinson: Senior research fellow, Monash Centre for Health Research and Implementation.
Professor Danny Liew: Chair of Clinical Outcomes Research, Monash University and consultant physician, the Alfred Hospital.
