Leading large scale change: Learning from "positive deviants"
Join us for our June Research Seminar presented by Professor Helen Bevan, Professor of Practice in Health and Care Improvement at Warwick Business School, and Strategic Adviser to NHS Horizons.
We often hear the mantra that "70% of change programmes fail", but many change leaders DO deliver their goals. What can we learn from these "positive deviants" whose exceptional behaviours and change practices enable them to get better results than their peers with the exact same resources? Helen Bevan will outline ten things she has learned from the many hundreds of healthcare change initiatives she's been involved with over three decades about what sets successful change initiatives apart.
Registration is free and everyone is welcome.
