Briony's research focuses on understanding how we can minimise weight stigma at all levels to reduce the burden and blame on women before, during and after pregnancy. She established and Co-Chairs the Health in Preconception, Pregnancy and Postpartum Early and Mid-career Research Collective and is an executive member of the newly formed Body Positive Birth Alliance.
