In this episode Kelly-Ann Bowles shares her career story.  Kelly is passionate about research into the health and wellbeing of paramedics as well as the roles paramedics can play within the health service and aims to increase paramedic training in research skill development.

Kelly discusses her journey into the world of paramedicine and shows that paramedicine and getting involved in research is not that scary after all.

Kelly is a Senior Lecturer, Director of Research and Honours Program Coordinator at Monash university and has a background in biomechanics.
