Cheryle taught at Monash Nursing and Midwifery for many years and was the Program Coordinator for the schools’ Masters program ensuring the growth of options and students.  Cheryle’s interests and expertise are in practice development, evidence-based practice, clinical leadership and clinical service development.

Cheryle is a registered nurse with a clinical background in medical and coronary care nursing and nursing management.  She was involved in education for many years, and she is particularly interested in postgraduate nursing education and research supervision. She is an experienced research supervisor having successfully supervised multiple students to completion. Cheryle’s methodological expertise includes mixed method, qualitative, action-research, and translational science approaches.
