Biography

Ingrid has an extensive background in emergency nursing as a senior clinician and educator and has wide-ranging experience in the development and review of undergraduate and postgraduate nursing and paramedic curricula. As part of a National Health and Medical Research Council grant she developed a theoretical population-based triage tool to augment existing prehospital triage systems. Ingrid was project manager of a Victorian Trauma Foundation trauma education grant awarded to the Australian College of Critical Care Nurses and the College of Emergency Nursing Australasia for the development of a multi-modal trauma nursing program education series for emergency, intensive care, ward and rural nurses. Ingrid is currently Campus Head for Nursing and Midwifery at Clayton.
