PhD program

"Research is imperative for effective evidence-based nursing and midwifery practice in all care settings. Nurses and midwives can use research to inform and change practice, as well as respond to changes in communities, the healthcare environment and government policies. With a research degree nurses and midwives can contribute to the ongoing changes in the profession to ultimately ensure optimal outcomes for those who receive care and their families, as well as ensure safe working conditions for the health workforce."
