The Principles Unite Local Services Assisting Recovery (PULSAR) study is designed to improve the treatment and care of people with mental illness across Victoria. The PULSAR intervention involves the delivery of Recovery-Orientated Practice (ROP) training to General Practitioners (GPs; Primary Care) and Specialist Mental Health Service workers (Secondary Care). We aim to evaluate the effectiveness of the PULSAR training over 4 years.
