Dr Nourulhuda Obaidallah

Dr Nourulhuda Obaidallah is a Family Physician from Saudi Arabia and is certified by both Arab and Saudi Boards. She worked at Prince Mansour Armed Forces Hospital prior to joining the Department of General Practice. She joined the department in September 2016 as a Geriatric Fellow. Dr Obaidallah is excited to embark on this change in her career and is enjoying her new life in Melbourne. She is cherishing every moment of this experience both on a professional and personal level. She has big plans for her elderly patients when she gets back home.

Dr Mohammed Batais

Mohammed Batais is a family physician from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He completed a Bachelor of Medicine and General Surgery and became a teaching assistant in the Family and Community Medicine Department at King Saud University, Riyadh. He also worked as a Senior Registrar at King Khalid University Hospital. He joined the clinical fellowship program in October 2013 to pursue his main interest in diabetes and chronic disease which pose major health problems in most countries. As part of the program, Mohammed will undertake research in the quality of care of patients with chronic disease.

Dr Turky Almigbal

Dr Turky Almigbal is a certified family physician from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He worked as a teaching assistant in the Family and Community Medicine Department of King Saud University, Riyadh. He was also a Senior Registrar at King Khalid University Hospital, Riyadh. He joined the clinical fellowship program in July 2014 for two years to increase his knowledge in diabetes and chronic disease management which is a major health problem in Saudi Arabia. During his fellowship, he will be involved in various diabetes and chronic disease management research activities.

Dr Abdulaziz Binrsheed

Dr Abdulaziz Binrsheed is a family physician from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. He completed a four year Family Medicine residency program in Saudi Arabia, and is certified by the Arab and Saudi Boards of Family Medicine. Prior to joining the Department of General Practice's Clinical Postgraduate Fellowship Program in May 2014, he worked at Prince Sultan Military Medical city in Riyadh as a family physician. Dr Binrsheed’s nine month fellowship has been sponsored by the Medical Services Department of the armed forces in Saudi Arabia. His main interests are in diabetes since Saudi Arabia is considered to have one of the highest prevalence of diabetes mellitus worldwide.

Dr Noura Almousa

Dr Noura Almousa is a family physician from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. She is certified by the Arab and Saudi Boards of Family Medicine. Prior to joining the Department of General Practice's Clinical Postgraduate Fellowship Program in May 2016, she worked at the Armed Forces hospital in Dhahran as a family physician dealing with chronic disease mangment. Dr Almousa’s interest in diabetes fellowship program came from the fact that Saudi Arabia is considered to have one of the highest prevalence of diabetes mellitus worldwide.
