Field of Expertise:

Jodie is a lecturer in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy.

She graduated with Honours from Melbourne University in 2002. After  graduation she initially worked in orthopaedic/ sports private practises  for 8 years. She is also qualified in clinical pilates. She was then  offered the opportunity to work for the Womens Tennis Association based  in London where she spent a 3 year period travelling as a primary health  care provider on the International Tennis Circuit. She has continued  this role part time over the last 6 years. She commenced as a lecturer  at Monash in 2010. Her interests are sports physiotherapy and clinical  education.

Research Interests:

Sports Medicine Injury and rehabilitation in elite athletes, specifically focusing on elite tennis players.
