Natalie has a Bachelor of Health Sciences from the University of Adelaide and is currently completing a Master of Public Health at Monash University. Prior to her position as Research Officer in the Cancer Research Program within the Department of Epidemiology and Preventive Medicine, Natalie was a Research Assistant in the Cabrini-Monash University Department of Medicine, and a data collector for the Victorian Lung Cancer Registry.

Natalie's main role involves coordinating the ovarian cancer registry pilot, part of a planned multi-state clinical quality registry for gynaecological cancers (the National Gynae-Oncology Registry). The pilot is using a novel method of data collection using data sourced from pre-existing clinical databases maintained by gynaecological oncologists around Victoria, Tasmania and New South Wales.

Natalie is also involved in several other projects within the Cancer Research Program including providing general support to the Upper Gastrointestinal Cancer Registry (UGICR).
