Luke Sheehan, MSc
Luke is a Research Officer working on the ComPARE project. He has completed a Master of Biostatistics from the Biostatistics Collaboration of Australia through Melbourne University and a Science degree from the University of Western Australia majoring in Genetics and Microbiology. His previous research has included investigating the risk factors and causes of maternal anaemia in refugees in Thailand and understanding the molecular cause of a hereditary disease in the Roma population. Working for the IWHG allows Luke to continue researching in areas that improve public health.
Luke channels his interest in music, choreography, geopolitics, flags, languages and numbers into an obsession with classic and contemporary Eurovision performances and history.
