Teaching Associate Coaching
Enhance your teaching experience and learn how to sharpen your tutoring skills by attending TAC training!
Our Teaching Associate Coaching (TAC) program is a multi-part professional development activity that provides pre-semester training for all SPHPM staff involved with teaching activities within the School.
Completion of TAC training is a requirement for new teaching associates (TAs) teaching in the School of Public Health and Preventive Medicine units and courses. Teaching staff who have attended a previous TAC session are also welcome to participate if they would like a refresher.
TAC training will provide you with:
- Practical tips on how to teach with confidence
- Strategies for managing challenging student scenarios
- Networking opportunities with other staff
