About us

Poor musculoskeletal health affects millions of people around the world. Associated pain and reduced mobility have huge impacts on all aspects of health, the ability to work, and the ability to socialize and undertake the simple – and often enjoyable – activities required of daily life.

Our research provides an evidence-base to support the development and adoption of proven effective strategies that target prevention, treatment, pain relief, and the secondary impacts of musculoskeletal conditions.

We’re also heavily involved in training others in this field, providing our expertise into the Monash Master of Public Health, the Graduate Diploma of Pharmacoeconomics, and offering a supportive environment for a wide range of fascinating PhD projects.
