Admission requirements

The  normal minimum admission requirement for an Honours program is completion of a  relevant MNHS degree, or equivalent, with grades in level-three units as  required by the course of enrolment. The admission requirements and standards  that are currently approved by the Coursework Admissions and Programs Committee  are located in the current handbook: http://www.monash.edu.au/pubs/handbooks/

In  addition, the Monash University minimum English language requirements for  undergraduate students also apply to the MNHS Honours programs. Normally, the  level-three studies upon which admission to the Honours program is based must  have been completed no more than five years prior to commencement of the  course.

The entry  requirements for embedded honours are dictated by the admission requirements  for the bachelor program in which it is embedded. It can be offered to students  in second, third or fourth year.
