T-Connect
Description of the project:

This project requires the development of a product concept which utilises an online portal to move the enterprise to drive the conversation around customer experience.

We envisage that the team would be required to work in with our Connect & Collaborate team and engage with our UX/CX department, interview existing enterprise customers, and provide an analysis on the CX/UX that needs to underpin the portal construction. In parallel, the team would work with our Portal Lead to develop a working prototype.

  • Successful applicants must agree to commit to 12 weeks work commencing December 2015-February 2016
