Ecological engagement award for Sir Bob Watson

Monash Visiting Professor Sir Bob Watson has been awarded the 2015 Ecological Engagement Award by the British Ecological Society. Given annually, the award recognises exceptional contributions in facilitating the use and understanding of ecology.

Monash student elected to head new global sustainable development youth network


Monash student Siamak Sam Loni has been named Global Coordinator of the Sustainable Development Solutions Network (SDSN) Youth at the launch of the group in Paris last week. SDSN Youth was kick-started by Sam and fellow Monash University students in collaboration with MSI as an SDSN Australia/Pacific initiative.
