Description

Presented by alumnus Michael Devine

As Principal of Western Port Secondary College in Hastings, Victoria; Michael Devine is very aware of the barriers that prevent young people from realising their right to education. He and his staff have managed to change the culture from impossible to possible at their secondary school; increasing the percentage of students starting in Year 7 and staying through to Year 12.

Learn about how you and your school can achieve positive results and how we can respond to behaviour at a system, school and classroom level.
