The Cardiac Registries Colloquium is an opportunity to share and exchange views and experiences on the current status and future directions of clinical quality registries in cardiology. The focus of this half-day event will be directed towards the impact of clinical quality registries on performance of health services and patient outcomes across Australia.
Speakers have been invited from a broad cross-section of the healthcare community to speak on a variety of topics, including the utility of dataset linkages, the role of biobanks, public reporting, patient-reported outcomes, and cost-effectiveness. In the afternoon, we are inviting speakers to engage in a panel discussion examining the future of clinical quality registries in the context of emerging trends in digital health, healthcare costing, data linkage, and public reporting.
