Computational neuroscience is an interdisciplinary field that harnesses concepts and methods from physics, maths, computer science, neuroscience and psychology to address fundamental questions about brain organisation and function.
This symposium brings together leading Australian and international researchers to present their latest work on mathematical modelling of brain structure and function, mapping and modelling how disease affects the brain, and how coordinated brain function gives rise to perception and cognition.
The event will enable students working in all domains of science, as well as the general public, with the opportunity to engage with experts working in this exciting and rapidly developing field.
