Micromon (Monash Medicine, Nursing and Health Sciences), in conjunction with the Environmental and Public Health Microbiology Lab (Monash Civil Engineering) and the Baker Institute, would like to gauge your interest in attending an upcoming two-day hands-on workshop and one day symposium at Monash University (Clayton Campus) starting on November 21, 2018.
The hands-on workshop will cover data analysis and best practices using the QIIME2 package (presented by several QIIME2 developers), preceded by sessions on sample and metadata collection, sample processing, library construction, and sequencing (presented by Monash and Baker staff).
