Description

The Wellness for Law Forum 2019 is the ninth annual gathering of the national Wellness for Law Network and its supporters, from academia and the profession. The Forums provide the opportunity for scholarship and good practice to be shared in a collegiate and supportive environment.

The program for the two days is split between well-being in legal education and wellbeing in the legal profession:

Day One: Wellbeing in Legal Education

Date: Thursday 14 February 2019

Day Two: Wellbeing in the Legal Profession

Date: Friday 15 February 2019 
Time: 9am start 
Location: Faculty of Law, Monash University, Monash University Law Chambers, 555 Lonsdale Street, Melbourne 
Cost: $50 per person

Day 2 will include keynote speakers and panels, including members of the judiciary, practitioners and researchers on wellbeing in the legal profession.

Continuing Professional Development (CPD)

Day 2 of the Forum has been designed to meet the CPD needs of lawyers and barristers. If this session does meet your CPD needs according to the Uniform CPD (Solicitors) Rules 2015 available at you may claim 1 CPD unit for each hour of attendance (breaks not included).
