Law Research Seminar - Professor Paul Marcus

The United States Presidential Election and its Impact on the Legal System in the U.S.

Professor Marcus will be exploring this strangest of American election campaigns.  He will trace the events leading to the world’s largest economy coming to these two major candidates.  He will ask the question:  How much does it matter who is elected President of the United States if there is gridlock in the Congress?  The short answer is, it matters a great deal.
