Prior to working at Monash University, I worked in the private sector for 10 years in various HR roles, including managing a team of HR and OHS member services consultants. In 2005 I secured a role with Monash working in the University Library as the Staff Development Coordinator. During this time I became very involved in program development and management and developed a passion for health and safety. In 2012 a position of System and Audit Coordinator became available in OHS and for the last 3 years I managed the OHS audit programme for all Australian campuses. I am currently an OHS Advisor providing OHS advice and services to the wider university community.
