Health, Wellbeing and Sustainability

I completed my double degree in Health Science and Business at Monash University majoring in health programs, policy and management. Whilst studying, I undertook a student placement at the Outer Eastern Primary Care Partnership (OEPCP) where I gained extensive experience in the health promotion field and developed skills in building partnerships, researching and communication.

I have worked at Monash for over 6 years, and am part of the Wellbeing and Sustainability Engagement team.  My work includes co-ordinating the Monash Staff Wellbeing Activity Program (SWAP) which provides staff with the opportunity to participate in a range of mental, nutritional and physical health and wellbeing activities. I am also closely involved in the organisation and delivery of large scale university events like the 10,000 Steps Challenge, the Monash Walk and Fun Run, and Monash Green Impact Program and also participate in other key university events such as Orientation and Open Day.  I also manage the Wellbeing social media pages.
